Importing food is paperwork, tasting, and phone calls to people in other time zones — in roughly that proportion.
How we work
We are building a business one cuisine at a time, which means every person touches sourcing, quality, customers and operations at some point. The work is practical: tasting, trialling, documenting, visiting kitchens, moving stock, and talking to producers on the other side of the world.
