What a trade account changes
- Pricing. Trade price lists by cuisine, reviewed quarterly, with volume tiers for 5 kg formats.
- Formats. 1 kg and 5 kg packs on every core line, alongside the retail sizes.
- Reordering. Standing order lists so a repeat order takes minutes, with delivery across Mumbai and courier dispatch to the rest of India.
- Documentation. Certificate of analysis, allergen declaration, nutritional information and shelf-life data available for every product, with FSSAI and GST details on every invoice.
- Applications. Costed application recipes and usage guidance for each product, developed in our kitchen trials, so your team can put a new ingredient on the menu quickly.
Who qualifies
Hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, catering companies, cloud kitchens, institutional caterers and food manufacturers with a valid GST registration and FSSAI licence. We verify both by hand before approving an account.
Samples
Samples do not require an approved account. Chefs and purchasing teams can request retail-size samples of any live product for evaluation; we ask only for a kitchen address and the dishes you intend to test them in.

Ordering, payment and delivery
Minimum order is one case per line. Approved accounts are invoiced with GST on delivery; credit terms are agreed once an account has traded for three months. Mumbai deliveries run twice a week on our own vehicles; orders for the rest of India are dispatched by courier within two working days.
