A person checks the numbers. Your GSTIN and FSSAI licence are looked up against the registry. It is not automated, which is why it takes a day or two rather than a second.

We reply within two working days — approved, or with a question. If something does not match the registry we will tell you what, rather than declining silently.

Prices unlock on the same site. Trade prices, 5 kg formats, case sizes, lead times and standing lists. You browse the pages you already know.
